The Garrett County region is fortunate to
have an abundance of talented artisans. In the fall of 1997 a group of artisans
demonstrated their work at the Mountain Arts Pavilion, a cooperative experience and
prototype project. This cooperative spirit continues to unify and exhibit the excellent
